Our Approach to your Fitness
You can get started with Learn to Lift online training in 4 simple steps.
1. Free Consultation
The first step in the online coaching process includes a face to face video consult to discuss your fitness past, goals, lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses.
You will then be given a number of different assessments/tests to identify strength ratios, work capacity, and mobility/stability balance.
4. Monthly Meetings
The ultimate goal of the monthly consult is to ensure your progress as well as build a relationship with your coach. We use this meeting to design/refine your next block of training. You will also update your coach on any changes to lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, and stress to ensure you have the most appropriate training program.
